At Dragon*Con 2011, a group of us met at the Atlanta Aquarium for an underwater photo shoot. We actually got the attention of Irrational Games, the creators of Bioshock, and they sent out some reps to meet us and help organize the shoot.

OMG! This girl was fantastic. Her costume was great and while we were shooting this, I didn't know she was beside me (I can't really see that well out of that helmet) she started reciting the Mr. Bubbles rhyme from the game. I just heard it through the helmet and it was the creepiest experience ever. Awesome, but creepy.

did you have the "I'M MELTING" problems I had?? mainly since i made mine out of foam and didn't add fans. XD

Yes, oh yes. I had the fans in mine, but they did nothing but recirculate hot air and breath. I did have someone grab my butt and I started laughing because they grabbed a handful of swamp a$$.
I've rebuilt it for this year and I've got a FrogTogg to keep me cool.

I know I'm posting this like a year late....but hi guys! The little girl in the picture with you is my "sister" Shelby. Our families are really close so they go every where with me. She had so much fun that night with you guys and we have already made her a new dress for 2012 Dragon Con! She will be back again! She is 6 this year and her 9 year old sister is going to be wearing Eleanor's white dress this year too. I'm really hoping to see you all there again this year! Thanks for making that one of her favorite nights of all time, so she keeps telling me!

That little girl was just awesome. Her parents were there as splicers and she had fun killing them.
Glad the Big Sister is coming along. I'm looking forward to the final product.
